It is a fundamental and substantial interest for the Company to pursue a policy of transparency in business management and in all decision-making and operational mechanisms by making a protection and self-protection approach in the construction of an effective organisational model according to the provisions of the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. This clearly identifies the will of Company to have self-defense mechanisms able to prevent and identify management and operational procedures that can be considered a crime.
